About the Role

The Finance Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting all aspects of financial operations at ASM Global. This includes providing administrative support to the finance team, managing payroll and benefits administration, and coordinating recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including preparing financial reports, managing budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage payroll, including processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Administer employee benefits, including life insurance, health insurance, dental insurance, and disability insurance.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising job openings, interviewing candidates, and making recommendations for hire.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in finance or business administration being an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with regular working hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
