Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our dining establishment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities, including menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations
  • Oversee guest services, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a 5-star rating
  • Train and manage kitchen personnel, promoting a positive and productive team culture
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs, balancing workload and labor costs

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
