Position: Store Manager for Luxury Lingerie Flagship

Role Summary:
As the Store Manager of our flagship store, you will play a crucial role in elevating retail operations. Your leadership will ensure outstanding customer experiences and optimize store performance, guiding a dedicated team towards excellence and brand success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key partner to senior management, exemplifying leadership and operational excellence.
  • Inspire and lead a diverse team to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance store sales and meet revenue goals.
  • Manage inventory processes, including stock levels, merchandising, and product displays.
  • Train and mentor store staff through ongoing development sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and loss prevention strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service personally, ensuring each customer feels valued and enjoys a memorable shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through effective clienteling strategies and personalized communication.

Additional Duties:

  • Organize and host in-store events, trunk shows, and exclusive client experiences.
  • Monitor store performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and provide detailed reports to senior management.
  • Conduct regular training programs to empower the team to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion, lingerie, swimwear, or related sectors.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and achieving results.
  • Proficient in POS systems (Shopify), inventory management software, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, lingerie, or swimwear is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the local area is advantageous.

Pay Disclosure:

Salary Range for California-Based Applicants: $70,000 - $75,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law).
