Position Overview

The Stockroom Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our inventory management. This position is dedicated to maintaining an organized stockroom and facilitating outstanding customer service by supporting the sales process effectively.

Core Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Manage the shipping and receiving processes, promptly addressing any discrepancies with the Store Director or Team Manager.
  • Ensure the timely transfer of merchandise as instructed, while adhering to established protocols, including returns and damage assessments.
  • Maintain an accurate and orderly inventory, conducting regular cycle counts and collaborating with management for reconciliations.
  • Propose and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Handle merchandise preparation, including printing and tagging, as well as processing returns and adjustments.
  • Ensure timely processing of repairs and damages in accordance with company standards.
  • Support the physical upkeep of the boutique as necessary.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
  • Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in retail or service-oriented industries is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data, prioritize business needs, and solve problems effectively.
  • Demonstrated integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with retail technology and inventory management systems.
  • Physical capability to meet job requirements, including lifting and climbing.
  • A collaborative team-oriented mindset.

The estimated salary range for this position is $22.50 to $26.00 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including:
