Position Overview

As a Parking Services Attendant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance, delivering courteous and efficient valet parking services or guiding them to public parking.
  • Assist in managing the flow of vehicles to prevent traffic congestion, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
  • Maintain meticulous control and inventory of vehicles and keys, ensuring accurate registration in O-Valet and conducting a thorough 360-degree inspection of vehicle conditions.
  • Facilitate the removal of items from stored vehicles as needed, and provide other miscellaneous services requested by guests or Guest Services Leaders promptly.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues within your authority; escalate to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Offer guests information regarding hotel amenities, meeting functions, dining options, local transportation, and tourist attractions as requested.
  • Adhere strictly to Fairmont Service Standard Expectations related to Valet Parking.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a G Class Ontario Driver's License (or equivalent) with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles is essential.
  • Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and one additional evening during the week is required.
  • A service-oriented personality with a strong command of the English language is necessary.
