Office Coordinator/Accounting Bookkeeper

Source Sound Inc is seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator/Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for managing our office operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage office administrative duties, including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, errands, and planning events.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bill tracking, and reconciliations.
- Monitor company project tracking database to determine which projects are ready for invoicing.
- Review time sheets and contractor bills to determine costs for invoices, while coordinating with producers and managers to monitor budgets and additional cost factors.
- Send invoices, reconcile payments, and follow up on past-due accounts.
- Assist with payroll and accounts payable tracking.
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Report on company financials to owners and tax preparers.
- 5+ years of experience in office management and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office 365, including Excel skills.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mind with an ability to think ahead and suggest improvements.
- Additional language(s): Spanish, Chinese, Korean.
- Audio/Video post-production experience or interest.
This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at our office.
