Job Description

Source Sound Inc is seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator/Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for managing our office operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office administrative duties, including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, errands, and planning events.
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bill tracking, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor company project tracking database to determine which projects are ready for invoicing.
  • Review time sheets and contractor bills to determine costs for invoices, while coordinating with producers and managers to monitor budgets and additional cost factors.
  • Send invoices, reconcile payments, and follow up on past-due accounts.
  • Assist with payroll and accounts payable tracking.
  • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Report on company financials to owners and tax preparers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in office management and bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office 365, including Excel skills.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mind with an ability to think ahead and suggest improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional language(s): Spanish, Chinese, Korean.
  • Audio/Video post-production experience or interest.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at our office.
