About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Charlap Hyman & Herrero. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, including managing our calendar, coordinating travel, and preparing meeting materials.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage the office calendar and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting materials, including agendas and minutes
- Bookkeeping and Financial Management
- Assist with preparing invoices and client agreements
- Manage vendor relationships and track expenses
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate project timelines and deadlines
- Assist with preparing project reports and presentations
Requirements
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, and project coordination.
