Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our administrative duties, coordinating office procedures, and maintaining a pleasant work environment. This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our QuickBooks online system to create invoices, bills, and track financial transactions.
  • Use spreadsheets to track additional details and monitor company projects.
  • Review time sheets and contractor bills to determine costs for invoices.
  • Send invoices, reconcile payments, and follow up on past-due accounts.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Assist with payroll and accounts payable tracking.
  • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Report on company financials to owners and tax preparers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in office management and bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks online and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

  • Additional language skills: Spanish, Chinese, Korean.
  • IT or HR related experience.
  • Marketing or advertising experience.
  • Audio/Video post-production experience or interest.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $35 - $45/hr
