Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our administrative duties, coordinating office procedures, and maintaining a pleasant work environment. This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our QuickBooks online system to create invoices, bills, and track financial transactions.
- Use spreadsheets to track additional details and monitor company projects.
- Review time sheets and contractor bills to determine costs for invoices.
- Send invoices, reconcile payments, and follow up on past-due accounts.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.
- Assist with payroll and accounts payable tracking.
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Report on company financials to owners and tax preparers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in office management and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in QuickBooks online and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
- Additional language skills: Spanish, Chinese, Korean.
- IT or HR related experience.
- Marketing or advertising experience.
- Audio/Video post-production experience or interest.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $35 - $45/hr
