Office Manager and Bookkeeper

Charlap Hyman & Herrero is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager and Bookkeeper to join their team in Los Angeles. This role has tremendous growth potential for the right candidate who wants to be part of a growing company that strives for excellence in architecture, interiors, and design.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of all supporting roles to the architectural and interiors process. This includes bookkeeping and financial tasks, such as preparing client agreements, invoicing clients, and managing vendor bills.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong understanding of financial software and systems, with experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
