Job Title: Administrative Assistant Coordinator

Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Coordinator to join our team at HealthSource Chiropractic of Lubbock. As an Administrative Assistant Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient accounts, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our clinic. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, upbeat chiropractic and progressive rehab clinic where you can make a real difference in people's lives.

About the Role:
  • This role involves managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • You will be working closely with our doctor, rehabilitation team, and front desk staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate records, handling insurance verifications, and scanning incoming EOBs are just some of the day-to-day responsibilities of this role.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
  • Collect patient charges, control credit extended to patients, and file, collect, and expedite third-party claims.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, community outreach, and weekly patient reporting.
  • Work with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free.
  • Maintain business office inventory.

Requirements:
  • A two-year degree or more is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
