Medication Administration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Medication Administration Specialist to join our team at Wellpath. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications within the scope of their certification and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor patients for signs of adverse reactions or other medication-related issues
- Document all medication administrations, including doses, times, and any notable observations
- Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
