Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator/ Insurance Claims Specialist.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, verifying insurance benefits, and billing insurance through our onsite software. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

You will be required to answer phones, schedule appointments, file charts, chart notes, and perform other administrative tasks. If you are self-motivated, service-minded, and able to learn new things quickly, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Verifying insurance benefits and billing insurance through onsite software
  • Filing charts and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong computer knowledge of Microsoft and Excel. While prior experience in insurance billing is preferred, it is not necessary as we provide comprehensive training on our systems and procedures.

Estimated Salary:
