We are seeking an experienced RN with a strong nursing background and excellent leadership skills to join our team at Covenant Children's Hospital. This is a full-time position requiring a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication.

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and directing the delivery of patient care services in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure the highest quality of care is being provided.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year RN experience.
