Job Description:

  • Requires 1-2 years of experience in office administration.
  • Strong documentation and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and learn voice-mail.
  • Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software.
  • Working knowledge of office practices, proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation, and basic arithmetic.
  • Ability to take clear, concise messages.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Ability to keyboard correspondence reports from rough drafts.
  • Ability to maintain automated and manual filing systems.
