Finance and Administration Manager

Culp & Kelly, LLP is seeking a highly skilled Finance and Administration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, with experience in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and other financial software. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
In addition to financial responsibilities, you will also provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling meetings, managing mail, and maintaining our physical filing systems.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. If you are a motivated and experienced finance and administration professional, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing mail
- Maintain physical filing systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- 5+ years of experience in finance and administration
- Strong background in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Experience with financial software, including Expensify and Bill.com
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate of $35-$40
- Full-time position with 30+ hours per week
