Job Overview

This role reports directly to the Area Sales Manager and is essential in enhancing and nurturing customer relationships through innovative solutions, establishing trust, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders. The focus will be on expanding business opportunities within the designated networks.

The position is dedicated to addressing the specific needs of our clientele, striving to generate new business through inventive strategies and persistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Area Sales Manager.
  • Assess client needs and propose solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Build and sustain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Create and uphold comprehensive business strategy plans.
  • Serve each assigned client by staying informed about industry trends and potential impacts on their business.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to track market activities and identify sales opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts to management, including sales reports and client correspondence.
  • Achieve sales targets for both new and existing accounts.
  • Manage customer inquiries and orders efficiently.
  • Input and update data in financial management software.
  • Oversee purchasing processes.
  • Prepare financial documents for processing.
  • Coordinate the fulfillment of sales orders and provide updates as needed.
  • Arrange shipping and delivery based on client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
  • Proven experience in selling to high-level professionals.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a sales role.
  • Strong consultative selling and account management abilities.
  • Experience in strategic account selling is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management software.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • A positive and proactive attitude is essential.
