Position Summary
As a Sales and Leasing Specialist at our Amberlin Pflugerville community, you will spearhead the sales and leasing initiatives within one of our 55+ Active Adult communities. Reporting directly to the Community Manager, this role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of community building.

Work Schedule
Note: This position follows a Tuesday to Saturday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the community's marketing, leasing, and sales strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets by delivering an exceptional prospect experience, which includes qualifying leads, conducting impactful tours, and ensuring thoughtful follow-up.
  • Organize outreach marketing events to attract new leads and enhance community traffic.
  • Oversee the community's social media presence to showcase the lifestyle at Sparrow.
  • Engage with prospects and conduct tours by building strong relationships to fully understand their needs and expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local competitors and highlight Sparrow's unique offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software to document and respond to all leads promptly, ensuring personalized follow-up to nurture relationships and boost prospect interest.
  • Employ YARDI to track apartment availability, qualify prospects, and manage leasing activities.
  • Ensure the community adheres to company standards for presentation quality by regularly inspecting and coordinating with the maintenance team.
  • Prepare the office for daily leasing operations and assist in overall team support.
  • Enhance community member satisfaction and retention by delivering outstanding service and executing our Lifestyle & Engagement program, which focuses on the pillars of wellness and community involvement.
  • Provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma and a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience.
  • Experience with lease-up properties in multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Familiarity with YARDI or similar property management software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proactive in outreach marketing, including networking and event participation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Servant leadership mindset with a passion for positively impacting others' lives.
  • Accountable and solution-oriented approach.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work a regular Tuesday to Saturday schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to access all areas of the property and manage physical tasks as required.
