We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Sparrow Partners. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall cleanliness and maintenance of our Active Adult community.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the community, including common areas, apartments, and amenities.
- Conduct daily inspections to identify and address any housekeeping issues promptly.
- Develop strong relationships with community members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, as well as disposing of trash and recyclables in a sanitary manner.
- Assist in the make-ready process, ensuring all vacant apartments and show units are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new residents.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work area, as well as inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Practice proper safety techniques and report any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to management.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a lease-up, multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in others' lives.
- Ability to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities, as well as lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
