We are currently looking for a Leasing Consultant to be part of our team at a vibrant apartment community.
Position Overview:
In the role of Leasing Consultant, you will be tasked with professionally handling all inquiries from potential residents, whether they come through phone calls, walk-ins, or online requests, while showcasing the apartment community positively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present the property to prospective residents and facilitate their transition to becoming qualified tenants.
- Respond promptly to phone inquiries and engage with all potential resident questions.
- Manage and follow up on leasing documentation and applications.
- Track visitor traffic using Yardi software.
- Conduct marketing and outreach initiatives for the property.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with Section 8, Section 42, or Market Rate housing is advantageous.
- Experience with Yardi software is a plus.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as necessary.
