We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef Leader to join our team at PLANTA Restaurants.
Salary and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position is estimated to be between $95,000 - $105,000, plus bonus opportunities. We also offer comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance plans (employee-only coverage is 100% covered by the company). Additionally, you will enjoy paid time off to rest and refuel, access to a ClassPass Wellness/Fitness Program, and 50% discounts at all full-service PLANTA locations.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead our culinary operations and contribute to the growth of our fast-paced and dynamic environment. As an Executive Chef Leader, you will champion hospitality for both guests and employees by creating a welcoming, positive environment. You will actively participate in service, exemplify standards, while providing hands-on coaching and quality control oversight. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product preparation, presentation, and service to ensure adherence to restaurant standards, implementing standard operating procedures and initiatives, and developing new menu items and seasonal specials in collaboration with Executive Culinary leadership.
Requirements- A track record of progressive sophisticated-casual culinary management experience, with at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a comparable, fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Ability to motivate others and build diverse, effective teams
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to upholding high standards
- Ironclad integrity, sound decision-making ability, and analytical mindset
- Solid financial acumen with experience successfully managing budgets, food cost, and inventory
