Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $105,000, plus bonus opportunities. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance coverage (100% employee-paid). Paid time off, ClassPass Wellness/Fitness Program, and 50% discounts at all PLANTA locations are also included.
Job DescriptionThis role requires a seasoned Executive Chef with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will lead our culinary team, championing hospitality for guests and employees alike. Key responsibilities include:
- Actively participating in service, providing hands-on coaching, and quality control oversight.
- Overseeing product preparation, presentation, and service to ensure adherence to restaurant standards.
- Developing new menu items and seasonal specials in collaboration with Executive Culinary leadership.
- Taking ownership of profit & loss, managing inventory, and minimizing waste and labor costs.
