About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef and Operations Leader to join our team in Columbia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and driving business growth.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining excellent customer service, and collaborating with our culinary team to develop new menu ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in senior kitchen leadership roles.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, inventory control, and staff management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
