We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join YOSO Hospitality, part of Garden Hospitality. This key member of our kitchen staff will oversee pastry operations, manage a team, ensure quality control, develop new menu items, and lead the team in the absence of the Head Chef.

The Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience managing a team, developing menus, and ensuring high-quality food production. A strong understanding of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of pastry operations, including recipe development and quality control
  • Management of a team of pastry cooks, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Development of new menu items and specials
  • Maintenance of inventory and ordering systems
  • Assistance with menu engineering and cost control
  • Leadership of the pastry team in the absence of the Head Chef

What We Offer

  • $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
