**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Assist with Budget Planning and Preparation**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive budget plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • **Prepare Program Documentation**: Create and maintain accurate, detailed documentation of financial management processes, procedures, and policies.
  • **Support Financial and Program Management Processes**: Provide analytical support to ensure the effective management of financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • **Evaluate Requirements and Analyze Spending Patterns**: Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • **Develop and Manage Budgets**: Create and manage budgets that align with organizational goals, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial stewardship.
  • **Provide Technical Analytical Support**: Offer expert analytical support to inform business decisions, drive process improvements, and enhance financial management capabilities.
  • **Coordinate Meetings and Events**: Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other events to ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • **Assist in the Preparation of Official Documents**: Support the development and preparation of official documents, reports, and presentations that showcase financial management expertise.
  • **Maintain Files and Logs**: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of financial records, logs, and other documentation.

**Requirements**

  • **US Citizenship with an Active DOD SECRET Clearance**: Possess a valid US passport and an active DOD SECRET clearance.
  • **Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Financial Management**: Hold a degree in accounting, financial management, or a related field.
  • **3 Years' Experience in Financial Reporting and Financial Management**: Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, financial management, or a related field.
  • **Proven Experience in Financial Execution, Communications, and Analysis**: Demonstrate a track record of success in financial execution, communications, and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
