The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success in managing finance and accounting functions, including tax and treasury. They will be responsible for establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems, as well as performing the monthly closing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Participate in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the annual capital and operating budget process.
  • Financial Reporting: Deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.
  • ERP Enhancement: Drive the enhancement of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to improve financial operations and efficiency.
  • External Audits: Lead external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Leadership: Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and execute strategic objectives for each business unit.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Senior Accounting Manager role with multiple direct reports.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in NetSuite is a plus, as well as experience with Private Equity sponsors, construction industry experience, and M&A experience.
