About the Insurance Broker position

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to join Alchemy Financial Group and contribute to our business development activities. Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, promoting and selling our insurance plans, and building long-term relationships to ensure the stability of our revenues and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to develop tailored risk management strategies
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to current and new clients
  • Assess the needs of business or individual customers and propose suitable plans or services
  • Prepare regular progress reviews and present them to stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain accurate bookkeeping systems, databases, and records
  • Meet sales targets for new clients and insurance products
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and updates in the insurance industry
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing client-focused solutions and building customer relationships
  • Experience working with various types of insurance plans, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical, and others
  • Strong knowledge of computers and statistical methods
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills
  • Results-driven and able to work independently
  • High school or BSc degree; professional certification is a plus
