We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Accountant to join our team at Wanchese Fish Company. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide financial guidance and support to production teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
