Eastern Healthcare is seeking a Practical Nursing Specialist (LPN) to deliver direct nursing services to our residents while overseeing the daily nursing operations conducted by nursing aides.

This oversight must align with the current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, as well as any additional requirements set forth by the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest quality of care at all times.

Compensation Details:
Your base hourly rate will range from $32 to $36, with an additional $2.00/hour shift differential for the 3p-11p shift or the 11p-7a shift.

Additional compensation includes:
- 1.5X Holiday Pay
- 1.5X Overtime Pay for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week

Benefits:
- 401k
- Daily Pay - Access to Earned Income Prior to Pay
- Tuition reimbursement through ECPI

Requirements for the Practical Nursing Specialist (LPN):
- Current state license as a Practical/Vocational Nurse
- Active CPR certification
- Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills

Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, along with excellent organizational skills to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity levels.


Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift fifty (50) pounds or more, with physical work constituting over 70% of the job.

Must be able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours daily and bend and/or stoop for over one (1) hour at a time.
