The Wealth Management Advisor position is primarily focused on investment-related sales, with a pathway into the Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Main Duties:

  • Develop, nurture, and maintain a portfolio of affluent, intricate investors by pinpointing value-added financial products and services, acquiring client assets from external sources, and fostering additional business through referrals.
  • Enhance customer loyalty and drive referrals from existing clients to create new acquisition opportunities.
  • Evaluate and devise comprehensive investment strategies for wealth management clients, consistently revising account objectives to align with client needs.
  • Establish meaningful connections with clients to proactively manage their evolving circumstances through various life stages and facilitate generational wealth transfer.
  • Deliver insightful, relevant, and timely communications to the entire client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with a team of financial planning associates, insurance professionals, and service support staff.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to adhering to all regulatory standards.
  • Enhance the Financial Growth Partners' brand and wealth management offerings in a competitive landscape.

Candidate Qualifications

Essential Requirements:


  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident

  • Must reside within the designated territory
  • A four-year college degree is strongly preferred
  • Possession of Series 7, 66, (or 63 and 65) and relevant state insurance licenses
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proficiency in face-to-face relationship building
  • No more than two broker-dealers in the past decade
