Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Specialist to manage existing accounts and secure new business opportunities across the nation.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of pet industry sales experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT) and ability to travel. Additionally, they should be licensed or willing to relocate to Southern California for on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and measure productivity, goal progress, and activity levels through review of financial, sales, and activity reports
  • Evaluate market trends, industry publications, and personal networks to establish effective sales strategies
  • Servicing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales growth in territory volume, customer accounts, and sales revenue
  • Presenting promotions and new lines to obtain orders and increase sales volume
  • Maintaining technical knowledge by learning about products and trends, reading industry publications, and participating in pet industry trade shows
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of pet industry sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT)
  • Ability to travel
  • Licensed or willing to relocate to Southern California for on-site work
Compensation Package:
  • Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
