The Job Description
">This Senior Account Growth Specialist will play a critical role in driving Spexi's expansion into rapidly growing enterprise markets. The successful candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, with a focus on insurance, metaverse, AI, and construction industries.
Your Key Responsibilities
">- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries, including insurance, metaverse, AI, real estate, and construction.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand Spexi's presence within target markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and key influencers to create new opportunities and measure partner-driven lead generation.
- Conduct thorough customer needs assessments and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Communicate Spexi's vision with clarity and impact, showcasing how our technology transforms enterprise operations and drives innovation.
About You
">You'll be a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record of success in a $1M+ quota-carrying B2B SaaS Enterprise sales role. Your exceptional communication skills will enable effective rapport building, influencing key decision-makers, and delivering persuasive presentations.
What You'll Need
">- 7+ years of demonstrated success in a $1M+ quota-carrying B2B SaaS Enterprise sales role.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to shape sales strategies and evaluate performance effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to sell to insurance, metaverse, AI, real estate, and construction industries.
- A proven track record of surpassing sales goals and earning recognition as a top-performing sales professional.
