We are seeking an ambitious Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Richtech Robotics Inc. and drive revenue growth in the alcohol and beverage industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and providing exceptional customer service.

This position requires a strong understanding of the alcohol and beverage industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the alcohol and beverage industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to promote our robotic solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
