Staffing Inside Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Sales: Identify and pursue new staffing sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of staffing services and resolving any issues that arise.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and other internal teams to ensure smooth staffing project execution and client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities within the staffing sector.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or account management, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
