  • Closing Sales:
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell roofing services and products.
    • Guide potential customers through the sales process, addressing any concerns or objections.
    • CLOSE SALES AND ACHIEVE MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, AND ANNUAL SALES TARGETS.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide post-sale support and address any customer inquiries or issues.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after services are completed and collecting feedback.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
    • Share insights with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus, but not required.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
    Compensation:$35,000 - $40,000
