Job Overview

Triangle Remodeling is a leading provider of construction and remodeling services, offering a wide range of solutions for commercial and residential projects. We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Sales Professional to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of staffing services and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with recruiters and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities within the staffing sector.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or account management, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
