Job Title: Administrative Assistant

About the Role:

Green House Solar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Owner and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office calendars and schedule appointments
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including customer service, operations, and sales
  • Keep the office organized and maintain filing systems
  • Assist the Owner with daily tasks, projects, and processes
  • Perform other administrative and project tasks as necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proficient with computers, internet search, online programs, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
