Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our store operations, including accounting, human resources, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store accounting procedures, including cash handling, timekeeping, and payroll transmissions.
  • Provide administrative support to the store management team, including scheduling, employee onboarding, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, inventory, and sales reports.
  • Assist with customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support store operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail store accounting, administrative, and human resources procedures preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and push/pull less than 5 pounds.
