Job Summary:

The Regional Administrative Coordinator is a key role within Aramark Uniform Services, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks across various locations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, able to multitask and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize to ensure all administrative duties are covered during job openings or time off situations

Responsible for training new and existing administrative coordinators

Audit work to ensure compliance with company processes and completeness of tasks

Maintain internal controls and enforce company policies and procedures

Evaluate processes for efficiency and implement improvements

Requirements:

3-5 years of work experience, preferably in a similar role

Microsoft Suite experience, specifically Excel

Experience with Oracle Business Suite is a plus

Working Environment:

Up to 25% travel

No special physical requirements for this position

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.00 to $26.50, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
