Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: The Chazen Museum of Art is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for the museum. This role will be responsible for maintaining office equipment and supplies, updating key documents, and coordinating onboarding tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with student employees and supervisors.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain office equipment and supplies
* Update key documents, such as org charts and call lists
* Coordinate onboarding tasks, including assigning workstations
* Provide administrative support for student employees and supervisors
* Assist with planning student engagement events
* Support supervisors in student hiring and provide administrative support for a student internship program
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively with student employees and supervisors
