Compensation
The hourly base pay rate is $25.96/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Overview

This role entails collaborating closely with specialized accounts to manage vehicle sales, assess completed work, ensure timely sale line-up, and facilitate efficient operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee account relationships, ensuring effective communication and fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Examine and update condition reports; authorize and audit vehicle repair documentation.
  • Inspect vehicles and provide recommendations for reconditioning to enhance vehicle value.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding vehicles, delivering quality service and resolving issues.
  • Initiate work orders.
  • Coordinate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure proper vehicle movement to repair shops and timely completion of reconditioning.
  • In partnership with account representatives and administrators, prepare sale vehicle run processes including run order, scheduling, and notifications to customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with lot operations and zone administrators to ensure proper scanning and organization of account vehicles.
  • Review vehicles in the sale line-up, identify missing vehicles, and work with account representatives to ensure readiness for sale.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety by adhering to all safety and health protocols and actively participating in safety initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Alternatively, candidates may possess any level of degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline with up to 1 year of experience.
  • OR 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning and general automotive knowledge is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required; safe driving record is essential.
  • Ability to operate vehicles with both standard and automatic transmissions.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to utilize portable terminals and devices.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service is crucial.
Work Environment:
  • This position primarily involves outdoor work in various weather conditions.
  • Frequent standing and walking are required for this role.

Benefits
Employees are eligible for a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off each month and seven paid holidays throughout the year. Additional paid time off may be available for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteering, military service, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
