Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Summary:

InfuCare Rx Inc on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, assisting with financial reporting, and performing other financial operations tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable Management: Manage accounts payable, including receiving, processing, and reconciling invoices.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with generating monthly P&L and balance sheet reports, as well as processing monthly accruals and revenue reconciliations.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain vendor files and provide supporting documentation for audits.
  • Expense Management: Assist with processing expense reports and analyzing chargeback items.
  • Financial Analysis: Review and check postings from various modules to determine accuracy.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance.
  • Skills: Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and strong knowledge of general ledger and sub-ledgers.
  • Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multi-task, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions:

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
