To excel in the Mobility Specialist position, you will be a high-achieving B2C sales professional with a proven history of delivering solutions to diverse clientele.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

Within the first 30 days:
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects of the business, sales processes, and product benefits.
  • Shadow experienced sales representatives to learn about the sales process and customer assessment techniques.
  • Familiarize yourself with company procedures and documentation relevant to your role.
Within the first 60 days and ongoing:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through collaborative efforts.
  • Engage in weekly prospecting for new clients using various sales strategies.
  • Develop sales objectives with management and create an actionable plan for the next quarter.
Within the first 90 days and ongoing:
  • Self-manage performance to meet monthly sales targets, achieving a minimum of 3 vehicle sales per month.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Educate customers about vehicles and mobility products through thorough explanations and demonstrations.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in documentation and financing information.
Within the first 6 months and ongoing:
  • Develop your business and prospecting strategies to handle increased volume.
  • Maintain active membership and participation in relevant organizations supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Attend community events that promote the company and its mission.
  • Achieve individual sales targets.
Within the first 12 months and ongoing:
  • Operate independently, making informed decisions based on financial considerations.
  • Self-manage performance to ensure monthly sales goals are met, aiming for 7+ vehicle sales per month.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in automotive, business development, or medical/health sales.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including various office software and databases.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in mobility sales or knowledge of disabilities is highly preferred.
  • Background in Automotive, Power Sports, or Equipment Dealership settings is advantageous.
