This role is suited for a customer service-oriented and sales-driven individual with skills in troubleshooting and electronic repairs, eager to foster genuine connections.
Compensation: Starting Pay - $17.65 per hour + potential monthly incentives up to $700, contingent on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various locations as directed by management while maintaining a flexible schedule.
- Represent Asurion and provide exceptional, personalized customer experiences.
- Offer technical support, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices for customers.
- Drive sales in roles such as Delivery & Expert Setup and Messaging.
- Monitor virtual messaging platforms based on business requirements, promoting Asurion home+ products.
- Complete an initial 5-week training program, including certifications from Apple & Samsung.
- Manage inventory effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement programs and provide constructive feedback.
- Share best practices among stores to ensure consistent service and repair delivery.
- Provide feedback to leadership regarding process improvements.

- Safely operate your vehicle to travel to various locations, adapting to different traffic conditions and weather challenges.

- Exhibit integrity in serving, solving, and selling while attentively listening to customer needs and providing accurate information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
- Preferred 6+ months of experience in product service support or electronics troubleshooting.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule based on business needs.
- Willingness to travel up to 50 miles between locations.
- Expected travel for this position may reach up to 100% of the time.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience required.
- Successful completion of a background check (criminal and drug test).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with mobile devices and operating systems.
- Must meet minimum internet speed requirements: 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload.
- A hard-wired internet connection is mandatory (Wi-Fi or hotspots are not permitted).
