Position Overview: Harmar Mobility is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service in our expanding Contact Center. This role is based in our Sarasota, Florida headquarters.

Work Schedule: The position involves 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with hours ranging from 8 am to 8 pm EST. Shifts include 9 am-6 pm, 10 am-7 pm, and 11 am-8 pm, along with rotating on-call Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding support to customers, particularly veterans and seniors, addressing their mobility and accessibility needs with patience and empathy.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding product information, availability, and functionality.
  • Consult with customers to recommend suitable products based on their specific requirements.
  • Coordinate appointments for product evaluations and repairs.
  • Engage with dealers and product installers to ensure seamless communication.
  • Efficiently manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Handle multi-channel customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative roles, or contact center environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.

Essential Skills:

  • Understanding of sales principles and techniques, including product knowledge.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
  • Effective communication skills to convey information clearly.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and time management abilities.
