Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to deliver exceptional service in our expanding Contact Center. This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Work Schedule: The position requires working 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 8 am and 8 pm EST, including rotating on-call Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding product inquiries and availability.
  • Consult with customers to recommend suitable products based on their specific needs.
  • Facilitate appointment scheduling for product evaluations and repairs.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate internal departments.
  • Engage with customers in a courteous and empathetic manner, addressing their inquiries effectively.
  • Handle multi-channel customer requests, guiding them through to resolution.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer engagement techniques.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Ability to build customer relationships while ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Clear and articulate speech, with a patient and understanding approach to customer interactions.
