Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Growth Specialist. This is a Full-Time Position with a competitive salary of $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for bonus and a car allowance.

About the Role

The Account Growth Specialist plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing service levels to all TridentCare customers in a designated geographical territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local facility influencers, including administrators, directors of nursing, and medical directors. Your primary goal will be to cross-sell TridentCare services to assigned facilities, ensuring optimal coverage and revenue growth.

You will work closely with the Regional Sales Director (RSD) and coordinate with the Clinical Services Executive (CSE) to develop and maintain territory coverage. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving issues that may arise, including billing, on-site training, operational, clinical concerns, and customer-initiated issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local facility influencers
  • Cross-sell TridentCare services to assigned facilities
  • Coordinate with the RSD and CSE to ensure optimal territory coverage
  • Resolve problems efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Generate qualified leads for the CSE and identify prospects using available resources and the SUGAR database
  • Travel within the assigned territory as needed, conducting daily account visits, weekly, and monthly call schedules
  • Report customer product experience issues through appropriate channels in a timely manner
  • Liaise between customers, external partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are also essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. A high degree of initiative, creativity, and adaptability are required, as well as a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales, marketing, or clinical experience, preferably with one year of sales experience
  • General understanding of ROI selling
  • Long-term, skilled nursing or medical sales experience or familiarity is preferred
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
