**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth in our designated territory.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, a proven track record in sales, and excellent communication and networking abilities. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the designated territory
* Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities
* Identify and pursue new business leads through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation activities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
* Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform future sales strategies
* Represent Paul Davis at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a business development role
* Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 20% annual sales growth
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory
