Job Description

**Job Summary**

HOM Furniture, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective sales and design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize HOM Furniture's proven sales method to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on all new and existing product lines to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and design processes.
  • Assist with maintaining the appearance of the sales floor by performing light cleaning duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; design degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales or design experience preferred.
  • Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods; moderate physical demands required.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
