Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

At Net2Source Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving technical issues and answering questions related to computer hardware and software.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, track inventory, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stockroom inventory, maintain re-order thresholds, and ensure that all IT products are properly stocked and maintained.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on PC inventory, installation, and end-of-life activities, as well as provide data analysis and summary of data being tracked.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Enterprise Workstation Services Manager or PC Install and Support Services Team Lead.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's degree in a computer-sciences related field, or equivalent and demonstrable training and experience.
  • Experience: One (1) or more years' experience as a full-time professional in the field of information technology, with a strong grasp of computer hardware and software fundamentals.
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Skills:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong grasp of computer hardware and software fundamentals, with ability to perform heavy lifting.
