District Manager in Training

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized District Manager in Training to join our Environmental Services team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. As a District Manager in Training, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing leadership and support to staff.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Manage multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and federal/state requirements.
- Training and Development: Provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure staff meets Environmental Services quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment records. Run and review reports, approve payroll issues, review Employee Warning Notices, and assist/participate in the open enrollment process.
- Communication: Act as liaison between building Account Manager, Administrators, and HCSG staff. Communicate all directives effectively to managers from administrators and HCSG operational leadership.
- Safety: Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions. Knowledgeable in training safe and proper mixing and cleaning solutions while adhering to all safety precautions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Two years of experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
- Skills: Capable of leading, directing, and supporting a team in a diverse environment with highly developed interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Successful P&L and budgetary management skills.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
